Join herbalists Natalija Marie Kyle & Bailey Dumpprope for a yarrow plant immersion + camping retreat in the Ponderosa pine forests of Payson, Arizona, on August 29th–30th.
If there is one herb that belongs in every medicine cabinet, it is yarrow.
Yarrow is a plant with deep folklore and medicinal history woven through time and place across the world for thousands of years, and still just as important today. In fact, most herbalists you speak to have their own unique experience with yarrow. And now, it’s your turn to begin your relationship with yarrow through this beginner-friendly, yet deeply comprehensive immersion experience.
You will be guided through an experiential plant immersion with yarrow: a time to sit with her, taste her, observe her, and track what arises in your body, mind, and spirit. A journal and workbook will be provided to support this process.
Then you will learn how to prepare yarrow as medicine in multiple forms (tincture, infused oil, tea, and flower essence) as well as her medicinal uses, folklore, and more.
